Steps to Submit Your Camera Ready Copy

Follow these 6 sequential steps to ensure your paper is properly formatted, registered, and submitted for publication.

Prepare Camera-Ready Paper

Prepare your Camera-Ready Paper as per the "Instruction to prepare Camera Ready Paper."

Reply to Reviewers

Prepare reply to reviewers as per the instructions (Instruction to prepare reply to reviewers).

Reviewer Reply Template

Registration Fee

Deposit Registration fee. Visit Registration Link or Explara.

Pay Registration

Update Author Details

Update detail of all co-authors on Microsoft CMT.

Go to CMT

Upload Documents

Upload all the documents (carefully go through Instruction to submit final files) through Microsoft CMT under Author Console using link "Create Camera Ready Submission".

Final Confirmation

After Registration, please submit your information through Google Form.

Camera Ready Paper Preparation

Guidelines for formatting your final manuscript.

  • Authors must strictly follow the IEEE template available on the website. Link to Download InC4 2026 template
  • Do not change headers, footers, or any template formatting. Read section III "PREPARE YOUR PAPER BEFORE STYLING".
  • Paper length must be 4-6 pages. Exceeding 6 pages requires TPC approval.
  • Cite all references in the text and discuss referred literature.
  • Provide high-resolution, readable images. Screenshots are not acceptable (use tools like draw.io).
  • Figures and tables must be captioned and discussed in the text. Tables must be typed, not images.
  • Equations must be typed in the equation editor and numbered sequentially.
